Shelly is very knowledgeable and always on top of everything I need, the store is clean organized and well managed, the staff are all nice and helpful as well, I would not drive anywhere else or go to a bigger chain pet store for anything, they don't have the comfortable caring feel carols has, the only draw back to Shelly and her store is she is not closer to my house!
I bought a pond pump that I was told would work for a quarter acre pond. I got home with It and my husband told me it would not not work. It was for a 1250 gallon pond. I took it back and the woman told me they didn't have to take it back. She was very rude about it. I will not go back.

I just had my dog groomed there. It was my first an last time using them. I'm not happy with the grooming.
From day one I've always felt welcomed, staff go above and beyond to meet any customer's needs. I've seen the care they put into each customer...you don't get that in a franchise this is a locally owned store so they do their best. I highly recommend ask them if you don't see something you need they can order.
