I have used Mike Hall Budget Trucks for years and have always had great customer service and He makes renting the trucks a breeze!
I was very disappointed in our experience today. While very polite to us the gentleman who was trying to help us with our reservation was not knowledgeable in budget rental procedure and left my husband sitting in the office while he helped another person with their car. The owner mike hall was not in and had his phone turned off so we had to cancel our reservation with budget rental. It wasn't a pleasant experience as we wasted an hour and a half sitting there to get a truck that budget had already reserved and rented to another person. Just pay the extra and use U-Haul. The agrevation isnt worth it. They don't have a person who is trained specifically for budget rentals.
Stay far away, worst customer experience I've ever encountered. I have never been treated this poorly by a business and am shocked that Budget continues to use Mike Hall Auto Sales. I was threatened and their employees even opened my car door as I was leaving. Truly a horrible experience all the way around
I love Mike Hall. He is top of the line and takes real good care of his customers.
