Ordered a medium steak and it was cooked well done. My steak looked and tasted like it was cooked the night before and they just warmed it up. We were not serve dinner rolls the tables around us were served rolls. My wife asked for sour cream did not get any.
Great food. Barbecued ribs were excellent. Pulled pork with Eastern NC vinegar-based sauce was fantastic. Tasted like a pig picking. Fried catfish very good. Collards, boiled potatoes, mac-n-cheese, fried okra- all excellent. Full salad bar. Extremely friendly staff.
I have eaten more than one incredible meal at Village Station. The service, atmosphere and food have always been wonderful. I live and work in Fayetteville, and if I need to meet a friend or client in the Lumberton area, Village Station is always my choice.
When the owner is working things are GREAT! If Arnold isn't working....the place is in disarray and food not so good. We really love eating here and we will continue.
Family owned restaurant. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The beef tips are my favorite thing to get here
