For a local newspaper it does a good job covering local news.

29th amendment: All native american tribes have the right to govern themselves as they see fit as they did so before the arrival of columbus. The federal government will give all land previously owned by native americans known as that tribes reservation to the governing power of that tribe, confederation, or nation. All native american tribes should have sovereign authority over their land, all residents and all persons on that tribe for any known or unknown reason.

This Amendments are to be an addition to the Amendments that are already seen in the American constitution. This Amendments are in no way a contradiction to any of the original amendments and are not to be seen as a threat to anyone's rights.

31st amendment: U.S citizens of Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and Washington DC shall have the right to vote in Federal elections and have federal congressional districts.

28th amendment: The United state government fully understands the wrongdoing and apologized for the holocaust of the Native american indians, African americans and for the acts of slavery placed on any and all persons upon the earth at any given time.

32nd amendment: Federal recognition shall reside with the national congress of american indians, which shall act on behalf of the U.S government. This is a transferring of power from the U.S congress to the native americans who have lived in America for thousands of years. In the process the Congress of american indians shall vote on tribes that have petitioned for federal recognition before the congress of american indians. In this amendment the BIA still has the authority to give federal recognition to other indians, this only give the power of congress to the NCAI. (national congress of american indians.)

I am a lumbee indian and have fought for civil rights for many years. I love politics and have previously seen that many people believe that injustices of native americans, Hawaiians americans need to be undone. In doing so I have asked that the government add these new amendments to fix the broke spirit of our native people. The Amendments:

30th amendment: Hawaiian Indians shall be given land that they approve of that shall be seen as a Hawaiian indian reservation. All tribes, bands and confederations under the Hawaiians shall be compensated for the horrible overthrowing of their government. This in no way restricts or stops the process of the Hawaiians from continuing their right for full independence.
