Dr. Locklear and his staff are fantastic. They have been caring for my animals for a very long time. They take the time to answer any questions that either my daughter or I have. Southeastern Vet is the only place I will go for vet care. We love Dr. Curt and the rest of the Southeastern Vet.
My boyfriend and I tried them out on a recommendation from a friend, regretted it. Started with poor phone manners, should have suspected something from there. Vet was nice enough but he wasn't really doing a good job of answering my questions, more like dancing around them. Maybe we are just used to a higher standard where we came from. I'll do my own research before trusting friend's recommendations next time.
Been here for years and it is time to start expecting more. It's always been a little slow, takes a long time for seemingly everything from phone call wait time, to time to be checked in and being seen. I guess I have never been unhappy but I couldn't help but notice that over the past 5 years it seems there have been about 7 new vets. Why do they keep leaving. What do they know that I don't? Why can't it be the same vets every time. Dr. Locklear is the rock but something is amiss. Time to give someone else a chance.
My wife and I just started using Southeastern. I was very impressed with the vet who worked with us. Very professional, personable and caring for both of us and our animals. Staff was very friendly, my only real complaint would be the entire process seemed very slow. Had a long wait on the phone to book the appointment and a long wait in the office. Overall though I am pleased with this business.
Wonderful caring veterinary care. I love it there. The staff are wonderful they sre very kind and knowledgeable, it's a very clean . I feel very comfortable with the doctors. I feel very comfortable taking my babies there. There in good hands.
