Wendy was very pleasant and professional. I had to make several calls, and can only fix part of car at this time. Even tho the part fixed was the less expensive, the mechanic said less expensive part was more important to fix it first. Made me feel like they cared about my car and safety over getting the most money. I will get the othe r part fixed there and outside of little stuff, like light bulbs, my car will only be brought there. Thank you.very much!!

After 4 days of car shopping with my dad, we finally chose a 2015 Nissan Altima. Our salesmen was a retired Army Vet named Mike Parson. Since my dad is also an Army vet they instantly hit it off. Not to mention he also used to live in the Hot Springs area of the NC Mountains where my dad’s side of the family is from. We all had each other laughing so much it was more like chatting with an old friend than the usually grueling process of purchasing a used car. I always get nervous when it’s time to fill out the paperwork and start the credit checks because I’ve had a lot of money issues since I was diagnosed with MS 2006. Mike put me at ease while easily handling my dad’s many requests for discounts, since he loves to cut up. Mike would joke right back with him and it made me feel good to see my dad having so much fun after the week we just had. You see, the reason I was here in the first place was because my 2007 Altima was totaled on 12/6/17 on my was home from Christmas shopping. It really shook my dad up because he had to come to the scene to get me. He’s not been himself all week but after spending the afternoon with Mike he was laughing again and I was too. So while his official title may be car salesman I’d rather think of him as my new uncle Mike. Welcome to the Gunter family and thank you for turning my holiday spirits back around and thank you for helping me get my dream car!
