I went to Peterson Toyota thinking that I wouldn't be able to afford to get my dream car because it was a 2012. But thanks to Chris Bauer he was able to help me get my 2012 KIA Soul at a good price. I enjoyed my experience at Peterson Toyota. I would recommend anybody to go get a car from them. They will make sure you leave the car lot with the car you wanted.
Service clerk was efficient and friendly. Repairman was helpful and took good care of my car. Waiting room was clean and offered free coffee. Vending machines available for cold drinks and snacks. Restroom was clean.
I purchased a used Prius v from Peterson Toyota this weekend. I worked with Mike Pittman via phone (I live a couple of hours away) and he and Clint Edwards in the showroom. Both were incredibly helpful and professional. It was a very busy weekend there, yet they saw to it that my purchase went smoothly. Patrick did a great job handling all of the paperwork. They worked as a great team to make my purchase as seamless as possible. I highly recommend the dealership!
Made an appointment to meet with the sales manager because we were interested in a particular vehicle that Peterson had for sale, packed up the family and made the 45 minute drive to Lumberton. We arrived 10 minutes early , greeted by a salesman and my fiance told him we were here to see Tony. The salesman led us to a table and collected some information about us, income, address, trade, and took our car key and registration.
The lack of transparency and customer service is not what we expected. I'm sure the salesman was new so I'm not blaming it all on him but Peterson Toyota dropped the ball on this experience.
An hour and a half passes as we are just sitting at a table looking foolish. No Tony, no "would you like to look at the vehicle", no communication. Plenty of other people in the waiting area are getting serviced. Confused and tired of waiting, I had to go ask for my key so we could leave. Luckily we didn't get too far down the road because they misplaced the registration to my car, forcing us to drive back and wait for it.
