I have been going to Bob’s Jewel Shop since I was in college. They worked with me when I had a minimal budget and helped me save towards getting my now wife an engagement ring.
Just recently my wife and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. I called Bob’s Jewel shop and told them I wanted to surprise her with an additional wedding band to match the set I originally bought from them. Bob’s wonderful staff again worked with me to ensure I was able to afford the ring and keep it a surprise. They even called me to ensure what was the best time to ship it to me so I could keep it a surprise from my wife. Additionally, I mentioned only one time during our conversation that we had just had a newborn. They wrote me a congratulations card which I received with my order.
