They ruined a brand new ring of mine! Got it as a gift and needed it sized. Got it back and the pearl was discolored. After admitting they were at fault, they sent it to a "professional" for a new pearl. When I got it back, the pearl was yellow (original was white), did not fit the setting, the band was thinner and no longer had the 14k stamp inside. Will NEVER go back!
