Sorry customer service. Stopped by to get a set of steps. Manager was a complete arrogant ass. I will go to Lowes.
went in for plywood,had to load it myself,no help.went to pay for it with debit card.the chip would not work so i did chip 3 times then swiped it like every other store,do chip 3 times if it still want read it lets you use the swiped an it works. but not at builders discount in lumberton,nc. the guy was an ass hole.he said out choice is to not let anyone use the swipe ,have to be chip.so he said if i didnot have cash i want be getting anything,so i said well u need to get someone to take the plywood out my truck an he got pissed an said u need to go to your bank.he was a total jerk.so i went to lowes,,an had no worries,got my plywood ,paid with deit card an on my way i went..well never got back to builders discount...
these stores are in non convenient locations -- unless you live in their town they are a good 30+ minutes from the major town/ areas... im somewhere between this location and the lumberton location ---this specific location i called about 3 times and on the 3rd i was left on hold from the immediate moment they picked up for over 13 minutes before i just gave up
