I like Sears. This week our dryer died. Last night, 5 days before Christmas, I was in the Lumberton location for 10-15 minutes looking at appliance's without seeing a single Sears associate anywhere in the store. Not only did they lose a sale, I purchased a dryer 30 minutes later up the block, but I could have been in and out of the store a dozen times stealing whatever I wanted and no one would have noticed. Yikes! Locally and nationally I hope they can get their act together.
Same as above. No one says a word when you walk in. They don't ask if you need help. Your on your own. Was going to buy a complete appliance package ( oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer) but my husband and daughter didn't like the lack of customer service. Sorry
No customer service! They want ever speak!!!
Had a very good salesman named Charles, who did everything he could for us. My refrigerator died, went to Lowe's but couldn't take one home today. I needed one today. Charles made that happen. Thanks so much.
