The people that work here are very knowledgeable about what you ask for. They took me right to where I needed to go and also recommended a product. Exactly what I needed .
Mom and Pop feeling very good service
Had the most horrendous retail experience I've ever had in the store. I went in to search for a nut and bolt, but their sizes we're mislabeled. I went to the service desk and the employee there ignored me for a good minute (she was talking to another employee about partying or something). I asked her to help me find the correct size of the bolt because I said none was matching and she made me feel like a complete idiot. Then she would not help me find the correct but I needed. That was the last time I'll go to this True Value. I'll drive 40 miles out of the way before I go into this store again.

These place is horrible. It has gone down hill recently. Horrible customer service and ridiculous store policies. Go anywhere else but here. There is nothing this place has that you can't get somewhere else,
